The flavors of the region pay homage to the hotels tradition and origins, which is why our gastronomic offer recovers them by presenting modern cuisine with touches of history, origin and nature.
The fruits and vegetables grown in our Hotel are used in our kitchen, and this is how the Chefs, together with supplies from other local producers, are able to create a menu with fresh and organic foods. The restaurant offers a Portuguese wine list, with a very special focus on wines from the Azores Region. As Portugal is a world-renowned wine producer, it was important to offer our customers the perfect accompaniment for lunch and dinner.
One of the hotels main concepts is sustainability, taking advantage of 100% of the island resources to integrate them into dishes and delight the taste of all guests with delicious and innovative options.
Lunch: 12:30pm - 3:00pm (Sunday brunch from 11:30am till 3pm) Dinner: 6:30pm - 10:30pm. (Every day except Tuesdays and Wednesday, when it is closed)
