The fruits and vegetables grown in our Hotel are used in our kitchen, and this is how the Chefs, together with supplies from other local producers, are able to create a menu with fresh and organic foods. The restaurant offers a Portuguese wine list, with a very special focus on wines from the Azores Region. As Portugal is a world-renowned wine producer, it was important to offer our customers the perfect accompaniment for lunch and dinner.
One of the hotels main concepts is sustainability, taking advantage of 100% of the island resources to integrate them into dishes and delight the taste of all guests with delicious and innovative options.
